End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of the MiLog Family mobile application and related services (“Application”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended use, including:

• Monitoring and understanding personal or family digital activity patterns
• Improving digital wellbeing and healthy usage habits
• Using the Application in a responsible and ethical manner

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Application for unauthorized tracking or surveillance
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Application for fraudulent or harmful activities

4. Consent & Responsibility

The Application is designed for family-oriented usage and responsible digital awareness. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all individuals whose data may be involved have given appropriate consent, where applicable.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the Application may require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically unless canceled.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play).

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated terms.
