1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the MiLog Family application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, accessing, installing, browsing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Scope of Services

MiLog Family is presented as a family-oriented digital wellbeing and activity awareness solution. The Services may include app features, content, visual dashboards, support materials, product updates, subscription-based access, and related functionality that may evolve over time.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Using the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules;
• Providing accurate information where required;
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and account credentials, if applicable;
• Ensuring that your use of the Services is appropriate, lawful, and authorized;
• Reviewing our Privacy Policy, EULA, and any other related legal notices made available to you.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription or purchase. Pricing, trial periods, renewal terms, and feature access may vary by platform, region, offer, or promotional period.

• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date;
• Billing and payment processing are handled by the applicable platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play;
• You are responsible for managing your subscription settings, renewals, and cancellations through your platform account;
• Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the rules and policies of the relevant platform or payment provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, content, compilations, and related materials, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable EULA, no right, title, or interest in or to the Services is transferred to you.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to the Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, device compatibility, operating system changes, internet connectivity, third-party platform issues, force majeure events, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, it shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others.

Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, except for provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, technical, or business changes. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
