1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with your access to and use of the MiLog Family application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining a transparent approach to how information is collected and processed. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Important: MiLog is a peer-to-peer personal screen time tracker. It is not a parental control or surveillance tool, and it is not designed to monitor anyone without their explicit, ongoing consent.

  • Mutual connections: Every friend connection is mutual. Both sides see each other’s daily totals, and either side can disconnect at any time.
  • Minimum age: MiLog is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 must not use this app. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
  • What we collect: Name, phone number, and daily aggregate screen time per app, read via Android’s UsageStats API on the user’s own device.
  • What we do not collect: We do not collect screen contents, messages, browsing history, location, contacts, or any data that identifies what the user is doing inside other apps.
  • Data sharing: Aggregate screen time totals are shared only with friends the user has explicitly accepted on both sides. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.
  • Right to deletion: Users can delete their account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible and removes the user from all connected friends’ lists immediately.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and contact information: such as your email address or other information you provide when contacting support.
  • Device and technical information: including device model, operating system version, language settings, app version, identifiers permitted by the platform, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
  • Usage information: such as feature interactions, screen views, session activity, aggregated performance metrics, and general analytics events related to app functionality.
  • Subscription and transaction data: information related to purchases, subscription status, billing events, and restoration events processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized billing providers.
  • Support communications: any information you choose to share when you email us or otherwise contact support.

We aim to limit data collection to what is reasonably necessary for operating, improving, securing, and supporting MiLog Family.

We may use collected information for purposes such as:
